Billing Questions
The District bills in advance of service each quarter; the billing dates are January 1st; April 1st; July 1st and October 1st. Payments are due by the 20th of each billing month. Effective July 1, 2020 the Sewer Service Fees are $132 per EQR per quarter.
The Sewer Tap Fee is currently $7,000 per EQR for Residential and Commercial properties; please contact the District office to discuss your building or remodeling plans. Sewer Tap fees must be paid prior to receiving a building permit from the Town of Basalt.
Sanitation Questions
Basalt Sanitation District provides Wastewater collection and treatment services.
Basalt Sanitation District does not provide trash pickup or recycling.
